Tip for the day: Live Longer Now!

1. Drink plenty of fresh, clean, purified water. Drink 8+ glasses daily.

Wheatgrass juice is all alkaline; it adds vital life force to your body. It cleanses, adds immune support, aids in healing many dis-eases, and adds unbelievable energy. Wheatgrass juice is full of chlorophyll, vitamins, and anti-oxidants. So stop drinking coffee for a while and do something that adds long lasting benefits--life.


Here’s all you need:

a) Square airy tray, organic wheat seeds – easily purchased off of the internet,
b) Cheese cloth,
c) Sunny windowsill,
d) Pure water, and
e) Manually or power-driven Wheatgrass juicer.

Place cheese cloth at the bottom of tray, place the tray near a windowsill, spread the seeds evenly, and water every day until sprouts appear. Once sprouts appear, water every other day. Grow to about 6-8 inches tall.

Now for the fun part: Harvest your wheatgrass when the leaves are dark green, not yellow. Cut the stems near the bottom of the tray, place them in the juicer, then pour the juice into a shot glass and sip, don’t drink. Drink 2 - 8 ounces daily for one month.
