Jay North has worked in the organic farming and gardening business for over thirty years; he is a recognized expert
in the organic growing and marketing industries. From the 1970s to 1990s he and his late wife Pamela pioneered
the Edible Flower business, and were dubbed "the edible flower children" by world renowned food writer
Emily Tolle.
Jay has written and self published four books on such topics as: organic growing, organic produce marketing, and
cooking with edible flowers. Additionally, Jay is completing three more manuscripts which gardening enthusiasts
